Rights to Access, Change, or Delete Your Personal Information. Rights to Delete Your Personal Information. You may terminate your Account or request the deletion of your Personal Information at any time. When you request to terminate your Account, we will retain a copy of your Personal Information as needed to fulfill our obligations to our Clients (i.e. to including your usage history, survey responses, etc.). Other than this copy, your Account and Personal Information will be deleted. Because of the way we maintain the Services, such deletion may not be immediate, and residual copies of your Personal Information may remain on backup media for up to ninety (90) days. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to retain some or all of your Personal Information if, in our sole discretion, we determine that it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, meet our legal obligations, comply with regulatory requirements, resolve disputes between users or Clients, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Services. NEITHER THE WEBSITE NOR THE SERVICES ARE DIRECTED TOWARD CHILDREN UNDER SIXTEEN (16) YEARS OF AGE (the “Minimum Age”).
